I also started listening to Scooter and then to ATB. With this difference that I don't think Scooter & ATB are crappy. Then I listened to Jan Wayne (this is crappy (except 2 or 3 songs)). The first time I touched a bit trance was when I've listened to Club Rotation (yes, I know that there is a lot of cheese & comercial stuff). Next I've started to watch Club Rotation (now I watch it REALY rarely). I've decided to learn something 'bout those DJs I've heard on CB (Tiësto, PvD, AvB etc.). It was a long time, since I founded the right and the best trance.

i bought(mum) Perpetuous Dreamer when i was 9
but i didnt realize what trance the genre and everything was until i began buying paul oakenfold and ian van dahl 2001/2002. the song that got me into it full blast was Ian Van Dahl - Will I
then after that, i bought Paul oakenfold's tranceport, travelling, and bunkha. since then, i havnt looked back.
