a strange progression, although I still do enjoy breakfast in the morning |
pure and simple answer for this, combination of Metabolism and eating patterns, the higher it is/proper eating patterns, the more chance you have of getting hungry earlier in the morning, your body uses less energy/food when your asleep, so chances are when you wake up, your still using the energy from the dinner you had the night before, not a good way to be thou, I get hungry at around 8:30am - 9am, I just have a mean bowl of noodles in the morning, eat some sea salt chips/cooked food at lunch and have a huge dinner
althou its supposed to be the other way round, Huge breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner
try changing your eating patterns if you like big breakfasts, althou judging by the way people work nowdays, I dont think you would have time for it
but generally the no/small breakfast, big lunch, huge dinner eating pattern results in alot of people getting fat, unless ur highly active (like me)

good points
I do like breakfast, but I am active so i'm not getting fat.. but still overtime, ive just adapted to not eating breakfast anymore.
When I start working early in the morning during Winter i'll definitely start eating breakfast again.
