he's in finance or something. i don't doubt the high minimum requirements regarldess haha. but he was pretty confident when he told me how it works...

i'll let u know exactly how it works when i get one... do u think it could be different for different people?

i've never bought one...my boyfriend has a few that his friend from canada gave to him a while ago, so that's how i know about them/have them.

anyway, you put the coke in the vial part and screw the dispenser cap on instead of the regular cap. when you want to take a bump, you twist this little knob on the cap around so that the chamber between the vial and the cap opens up, and you tap the bottom of the vial to get some coke in the dispenser...then you twist the knob back again to lock it in there...then put it up to your nose and snort it. viola' you've got a decent bump.

Well Centurion isn't open to all countries that you can normally get an Amex in (in many countries Platinum is still the top card) and the benefits are very different and this is usually reflected in the fee. In the US you automaticaly get top tier in several frequent flyer programmes whereas in the UK you don't. All Centurions have their own assigned concierge who you can choose, give them a call and say you want a dozen red roses delivered to your girlfriends house and they'll sort it for you, quite handy.

Primarily though the Centurion is designed for those who travel a lot, hence frequent flyer status on airlines and hotel programmes. In the UK you don't have to charge $150,000 per year but they look out for things like regular travel payments and then target you. A friend of mine in UK got Centurion, he was working for dot.com company charging about £3000 a month (obviously not close to US Centurion requirement) in travel expenses to Platinum card and he was offered an upgrade. He then junked it after a year because he charged everything else to a card that got him BA miles instead of Membership Rewards.....
