I've lived in VA for one year, and from my experiences most Virginians are the same, except some people think they're not as 'southern' as the people living in SoVa. However, since NoVa is more densely populated, it does not facilitate hick-like behavior as well as lesser populated area's. Plus the field of work in NoVa differs from the rest of Virginia (well ok, there are like militairy bases all over the place, but I'm talking more in the sense of politics etc). So I guess in the end there is quite a diference

But then again, what do I know about Virginia :P

if you need to gain weight work out and drink whey protein shakes, eat a lot of carbs and protein not shitty fast food that runs through a high metabolism. super skinny people think it's so funny they eat a lot of junk food and never gain weight....it's just fat and your metabolism can handle fat, you need the muscle weight
