Conjure One - Sleep is quite relaxing and has some decent vocals.
Mythos & DJ Cosmo - Don't Smile(Timm Thaler Theme) Has a bit of vocals, close to none but a very relaxing tune.
Also a rare tune by Robert Miles - Rain <- is quite relaxing.
DJ Pierro - Another World. <- Great vocals/relaxing tune.

And of course Tiesto feat. KH - Just be, but thats been mentioned.
