Ummm, all of it, but tuition is dirt cheap here in comparison to the USA.
I pay about $4500 a year, canadian, for my schooling. A pretty good school too. All the top schools charge roughly the same.
The big tuition increases come when you're looking at med school or law school, and even then it's cheaper than the USA.
The government here also set up a program called OSAP. It's potentially good and potentially deadly. Depending on your financial situation, they'll grant you an interest free loan that's payable when you finish school, assuming you find a job. You can get as much as $10 grand a year through this, enough to pay tuition, books and a good chunk of your living expenses.
Also, alot of people who get OSAP often get grants from the government cutting a big chunk out of how much you owe.
There's no such thing as full scholarships (academic or athletic) here, but you can get a pretty decent chunk of tuition saved if you keep your grades up or can throw a football.
