Exactly. Especially when you've been using them for a long time...You can try other things like liquid, but nothing will replace what you know best.
But for those people using just glowsticks, it was mentioned earlier in the thread but I'd recommend switching up to LEDs. Brighter, longer lasting, and much easier to control. Oh man, I was gonna go into all these tips I have for using them, but I started getting too nostalgic...
Hey does anyone remember some of the other cool toys from back in the day? I used to own a pair of those gloves which put LEDs on your fingertips...I used to love those things so much.

I know what you mean. My hands are empty, there is no enhancement to the movement, it's just incomplete.

If by labelling me a candy kid it means the old days will come back when anything goes was the motto of the party, then by all means call me one.
I wouldn't mind breaking out my orange/navy blue gear along with my visor, beads and translucent nightvision sunglasses if it meant going to parties like they were back in the day.

LOL YESSSS!!!!! Can't EVER forget the beads. Too many "hardcore" ppl today with way too much attitude. Ah if I could turn back time to 5 years ago.

It was sarcastic, I really have no hate for candy kids.
Infact, I'm desperately trying to find tickets to the last hulla party.
Anybody know a source?

No, that's my friend Wayne and he's pretty good at giving lightshows but in all honesty I blow him out of the water and I think he knows that too, anyhow I'll be there tonight with my glowsticks and if anyone wants a show I'll be the guy wearing a black top and black and white bowl hat, or if you know Trancechaos or preppiechick ask them and they'll tell you where to find me

Oh I'm well aware of the policy at Boa, Jeff.
And it breaks this old little candy kid's heart.

Oh yea, totally hot if a chick knows how to use them tight~!

I just get annoyed when they get put on strings in dense crowds where people get whacked - if you use strings, make sure you're in a more open area! I got a bruised boob once from one of them whacking me....owie!
Thats horrible... hitting a girl in the boob w/ a glowstick! no excuse! I hope it wasnt too big of a bruise!
