I have a question for you and i have no audio
have u watched that movie collaterol or somthing forgot how to spell it. Basically there was this one spanish song and all i can remember from it was el amor. It sounded like rock and roll u know of any spanish band with a song like that??
Spanish is my native language.
If you're talking about Collateral, yes, I've seen it. But I don't know which song you're talking about. Maybe you remember the scene where the song is played. Guessing right now, I'd say the song you're asking about is "Destino de abril" by Green Car Motel.
The movie soundtrack can help. Click here for it. Samples are provided. The song you're looking for should be there.

I'm not quite sure whether or not "sad" is limited in this case, but...
Nova Nova - See
It is like that moment after you've just stopped crying and you look at the sun as it dries your tears. Sort of sad, sort of sweet and serene - like knowing what infinity feels like and not being able to do a thing about it.

Wow, ur the first person I’ve heard mention that group. I love them! I got introduced to “A new stereophonic sound system” when I was in 9th grade by chance. I always bring them up and no one knows who they are.
Actually, it's called "A new stereophonic sound spectacular", which is their debut album from 1997. They called themselves 'Hoover' back then (as can be seen on the CD cover), but had to change their name after some vacuum cleaner producer complained about it.
They're by far my favourite band (when it doesn't come to techno), only letdown is that I have yet to see them live. Shouldn't take too long though, as they have gigs in Holland every now and then.
And for the person mentioning John Lennon - Imagine: good call
