Sad but true. I want the old Holden back

edit: productionwise anyway. haven't heard enough livesets to comment on his dj'ing.

compare his set from Innercity 2001 with any of his sets today.
much more banging progressive stuff back then. SPQR - Society London. Such a MASSIVE tune :E

as for Andy Moor, i enjoyed back then the first bunch of his collaborations with Leama, then it all went downhill being that major pile of wank the Ridgewalkers - Find remix the highlight. he has certainly more talent to produce than i'll ever have, and probably enjoys what he's doing (ie, not doing it for the money but for the fun), but i still think the last couple tracks i've heard of him (thankfully that was a couple months ago already) were totally shit.

i agree with you on holden. saw him last a month or two ago and he was definately dropping ' danceable' tunes. In fact he dropped a souped up version of his 'nathan fake - the sky was pink' remix which really got the crowd going.

I must be missing the joke here. Which is a bit odd, as it was me that actually posted it.

You cant knock Andy Moor really in my book. For years he has had awesome releases with Leama, and now he has hooked up with the whole Armada crew he is producing more than ever, plus with his hands on Tilt (i really enjoyed the album), Whiteroom etc he is doing something each week it seems. Don't forget his absolutely stunning remixes on Baroque, esp. 'Find' by Ridgewalkers and 'Transatlantic' by Zamoura & Damnian DP feat. Padaley.

Must be hard with that kind of output to make as much variation as he does, i know we all know a few big producers who stick to the exact same tired sound. However i dont think Andy fits in this category.
