ok first off just to clarify things...

Eugene...I've posted my pic several times on this board without reservation. I just didn't like the whole TA contest thingie bc that implies judging...which I think isn't right. you always seem to jump all over any comments I have to make.

Slylee...I wasn't saying you personally when I was made that comment about women who feel they have more self worth then just their looks. C'mon Sly...you know me better then that...if I thought you were a shallow person who thought only that they looked good I would say so....I don't have time to make round about comments on this board...and you know that...so please...don't get an attitude with me when none was directed at you...

As far as me being offended by things on this board...ie naked chics...I could care less about anyones sig...the worst part about them is surfing the web at work! hahaha Sometimes the comments do get out of hand...like generalizations made about women....but I normally over look things like that. I'm not one to get overly offended....if this had been a Mr. and Miss TA thread I would have cared less....I just didn't like the idea of posting a pic to decide who was the "hottest" TA...that's all. end of story.

I am very secure w/my appearance that I don't need ppl to reassure me how attractive I am. I have posted pix in the past of me in a dominatrix outfit & my Ibiza pix. I would rather be nominated for "Most knowledgeable female TA" or "Best Female DJ reviews".

Everyone just needs to chill. It was done in fun and if the women don't want to participate for WHATEVER reason, let em be. There's no reason to ridicule anyone here. Especially sarcastic comments like "Change that comment, its derogatory towards women." Please tell me that people in this forum are not resorting to this kind of kindergarten bs. As DjAhmet said, it was done in good fun and obviously started that way. Instead, its turned into a He Said, She Said thread. If u can't post anything positive about what others say, keep it to yourself. Don't bring everyone else down with this kind of shallow crap. Can't all of us just freakin get along..

and with all this said everyone needs to go now and post in the "post your picture" thread that i started... myself and eugene and a few others already have... so other people do the same!

I think the problem is mostly that all the girls on this board are super super cool and wouldn't want to be voted above eachother, if that makes sense...I just mean that if this were a "club" board then you'd have lots of girls interested (i.e. www.clubvibes.com ) but all the girls are just so nice and friendly here I wouldn't want anyone to not win so I would never enter...know what I mean?
