yep, finally got it

I find my tracks by tyring to listen to as much trance as I possibly can it's no easy task, as I'm sure every DJ will tell you. But I usually find the tracks I NEED, and hunt them down like a mad wolf. I only use vinyl, so it's much more difficult to find what I want. I'm always searching the TA forums, as there's some well educated TA's with what's hot, and Ebay for deals. I don't have a credit card, so I gotta use money orders and paypal all the time. Which automatically doesn't let me puchase from actual on-line shops.

Geez, I wonder how friggin broke I'd be if I actually was able to be so lucky to buy direct

Anyway, I'm not usng anything fancy either, 2 10year old Tech12's, and a Behringher Pro Mixer DJX700. I have these PIECE OF SHIT speakers which I can't even play loud or even at night because my roomies are students suckers

It's a fucking process recording this stuff too, get this...
I record 'real time' from my mixer onto my Minidisc player, then record 'real time' from my minidisc player to my PC, then, I have to convert the file into an MP3, which takes almost "double time". So you can see that all in all, it takes me a good 5-6 HOURS just to get a mix up onto my pc to share.

so much for your quick question, lol

Did everyone have the same problem with that last mix, cause at parts in the set, it skips or jumps... Just Curious... Awesome set tho, some great tracks that brought back memories... *sigh*

p.s. Still cant believe you found that vinyl, damn you! Where did you end up obtaining it?

yeah, few people saying it's skipping. But I just cleaned off my disc and listened to it, it sounds fine, I'll have to reload it on the my PC and get a proper sounding one up. Sorry bout that, it was an old disc.

and got new records his week, some that I think I'll be hammering for a while. A brand new Ton T.B. remix, Cosmic Gate and Alex Morph tunes And this new Derb track with a sickass riff, fucken killer riff

Kris, some of them may be skipping, or it could be fragmentation on my hard drive. I'll have to play them off a CD to find out for sure.

Well for now, thats all I got to listen to, cause most of the songs I do like, you cant find on CD. Plus I don't spin, not that I wouldn't want to or anything. heh Definitely look that song up, I recommend it, I only found it a few days ago, so I'm not sure if its a newer song or not. OMG, your links work for the downloads, NICE!!

Worm Popper Fourtwentysession Vol 7, now here

Hey all, well, gonna have 2 mixes up this week, been a busy week for me, but here ya go Vol 7 is now here. I think this is the kind of set that I would play live! starting off tiesto styles and quickly jump into my own with some hard bangin tracks that BEGGING for a live system. Then start gettin trancier again and leave you wanting more!

I kept this one under an hour and still managed to get 12 track in there. I'm really thinking about working all the kinks out of it, might by a few bumps, and puting this out as my new demo CD? I tried different mixing techniques and only using partial parts of the tracks to make it flow a little better.

I'm quite likin this mix! Hope you do too. LOTS OF FAVES ON THIS ONE!!!
Opinions on using this as a new demo would be appreciated

Vol 7.
HIT 4:20 HERE

1. Yahel - Voyage
2. DJ Tiesto - Lethal Industry
3. Signum - Second Wave
4. Roy Gates - We Rock Together (E-Craig Remix)
