Wrong on both counts. The Xone has 2 send/return loops, and a silky smooth P&G crossfader.

They know how to mess with the music in ways the pioneer clown cant even dream off. They really do take some studio skills on the road with them and redefine what djing is about, using exiting new technology like ableton live, as well as various contollers like the bitstream 3x.
This results in a amazing clubbing experience not a bad Mtv commercial

And since everything in this pic finds its use live I wouldn't say they are overdoing it.

And yes just for the record the 92 will sound better than the 1000 is you are running your audio through the sonically retarded djm battle mixer. And it will also sound better if you are using vinyl because it has better RIAA preamps then the pioneer one.
