i usually pick option 2 roughly 80-90% of the time but it took a while to train myself to do that.
Exception: when i get home at 6am or later from clubbing, i always stop to get a egg and cheese on an english muffin at my local dunkin donuts.. mmmmm sweet (err salty rather) satisfaction!!!ex! |
What about a snack to tide you over till your asleep? Cheese aids sleeping (so does Peanut Butter amongst other things)
