Swamper usually asks for a poll and checks the results, rather than just picking a name. However, because of the little margin of difference between you guys, I think it would be better to pm him (or talk to him on MSN) and sort this out.

Given the fact that I'm quite inactive and I don't have msn on this computer, I guess it would be better to pm a mod or talk to one of them on MSN
