Contacting the Collision Centre when I AM AT FAULT means I get screwed. I'm sure you realize it means NOTHING beneficial for ME if that lady ran away AFTER I hit her!!!! Is it only me that sees that?
Furthermore, if I wait, there are only two scenarios:
1) Worst case - the woman taddle-tales and I get contacted by my insurance co./MTO collision centre. In that case, I will try my luck with making up a story, but only because I am FORCED to.
2) Best case - nothing happens, and I'm only stuck with a dent in my WALLET.
P.S. Nice sig! *quelle honeur* |
man you must be drunk. Its not about fault here, its about HER CLAIMING YOU DID HIT HER AND RAN AWAY. You will get in deep shit.
Its obviously your fault, but by calling the cops first (which might be too late now) you avoid being dragged in justice.
