the "g-spot" orgasm is very difficult to achieve regardless of position because unlike the clitoris, its hard to just start stimulating it and she gets off. the best way to achieve a g-spot orgasm is to start with clitoral stimulation then when she is about to peak and have an orgasm, you stimulate the g-spot. that will lead to and orgasm that will outdo any standard orgasm she's ever had.

now i'm not saying a girls cant have orgasm just while having sex and hitting the g-spot. it feels good, even great, but its difficult to achieve orgasm because finding the g-spot is both difficult and as mentioned before, its a different nerve system than the clit and not as immidiately responsive. but yes, some women are easily turned on and can have sex, never touch the clit or the g-spot and orgasm.
