That would be Tiga and Zyntherius
Tiga and Zyntherius - Sunglasses at Night.
The first time i heard it was at a topless club where a really pretty girl went about taking her clothes off while the DJ played that track.
I actually walked about to the DJ and asked him what track he had played.

I think there were both bands as well as one-hit wonders. But yes, there were way too many one-hit wonders and it often puzzles me as to why those "one hit wonders" weren't able to recreate the magic of their hit. Maybe that is for another day.
Coming back to the topic, anyone heard
Depeche Mode - World In My Eyes (Moby Remix)
Depeche Mode - I Feel Loved (Danny Tenaglia Remix)
Not sure if these are 80s track though.

Hmmm

doesen't exist bro.
All i can say is i see the following three tracks on my Hard Disk.
1. Depeche Mode - The World Is Mine
2. Depeche Mode - The World Is Mine (Moby's Dub)
3. Depeche Mode - The World Is Mine (Moby Remix)
And these are as old as the days when Napster was still thriving and Orbital-Halycon was still played atleast 10 times during the long drives.
I don't discount a mistaken tagging here. Will do some google in the evening to see what's the deal here.

Heard This Yesterday Night And Found It Irrestible!!!
Beastie Boys - Fight For Your Right to Party (Junkie XL Remix)
On a side note, Wikipedia shows Beastie Boys as a "American Hip Hop" group. I didn't know but it sounds weird to me. The original track always sounded Rock track to me.
Also check out
NYCC - Fight For Your Right (To Party)
