I think Vainqueur just got dragged along with the rest since Neo was already banning a bunch of people anyways. I guess you could make a pretty good case by showing Neo Vainqueur's recent posts, but considering that he got banned and his previous TA history, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

He has a really long case history of acting like an utter dick, so I'd be surprised if Neo lets him back on.
