Originally posted by goldenarmZ if it does rain again, i challenge everyone to a game of mudbath kabaddi!! for anyone who hasn't played before, here's a quick guide to the game:
It is a game with two teams, usually played in a big fuck off muddy field in the middle of nowhere. A player from one team (whoever is most fucked) has to run/slide around and touch as many players of the other team as possible. Slide tackles are permitted, in fact they are encouraged. The people that are touched are then out. But, the player doing the chasing has to do it in one breath! Just to make sure they do, they have to keep saying "kabbadi". The first team to lose all it's players are the LOSERS!!.
lol i saw this game being performed, cud get pretty intense and messy in it
Hi i am planning on going along with my mate chris n e 1 here from nottingham or the area planning on going? pb

the person who is tryin to touch the players can also be grabbed and pulled over their line by the opposing team and then they are out...i used to watch kabaddi regularly on trans-world sport so I KNOW.

I have a couple of things to say about the lineup. Is this the final lineup or will there be more added. Cos there is lack of quality dj's eg. tiesto, marco v, dumonde, scot project, ferry corsten, signum etc. they should give the boot to nick riley and judge jules, then let a couple of the above in on my opinion. Cos the lineup is looking less impressive than MOS's Knebworth last year!!!

I need to see duMonde live as well as signum after missing them at GK @ telewest. I was contemplating not getting a ticket at the present state of the lineup. I suppose I'll just have to wait a bit for the linup to get better b4 buying a ticket!

I never went to the summer sound system before, but I'm seriously considering it this year. How does it cost so much?! I went to the Love Parade in 2000 (which was free), and it was the best party ever, but over £50 seems a little steep for an outdoor dance party?
I know the lineup is wicked, but along with travelling costs, this trip could cost me a small fortune.
Can people who have been before tell me if it is seriously worth it?
