Our defence is playing very bad in the first half and has allowed Germany to be in the lead with 2-0 after 45 minutes.
Linderoth doesn't cover up for our defence, and the defence is playing very shakey. We had the luck to get a second yellow card on Lucic.
I can't really say that Germany hasn't played well in this first half, but Sweden has always come up in the second half and maybe we will this time again.
2 goals looks like very much, but it isn't if you get the first goal, Better get that one, to get it, we need to:
Give Ljungberg a more central role on the midfield where he can play against Frings who's already booked. He will always try to go pass his defender, so that'll give us pretty many freekicks when his speed is essential to us.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has to take more responsability together with Henrik Larsson. They've done a pretty ok job so far, but they need to get their shots at goal and create some space for themselves. Edman/Alexandersson can still go on their respective corners of the field, but they'll need some cover up for this.
Allbäck & Elmander should be given the chance, and I would surely play long balls on Zlatan because he's good at taking care of them. Lift the ball, and make the other players move a lot in the box. But essential is that we have some cover up if the ball is won by the Germans.
