One of the time they went thru my wallet and asked me questions about every damn piece of paper, what is this? what is this bill for? what did you buy? Who is that person on that buisness card? fucking random question just so I spill some terrorist infos by mistake........ 
And THEY ARE rude, i know they're in position of authority, but for christ sake do they need to give you an attitude while asking some basic questions while I'm being fully cooperative and having all my papers.
Compared to them, canadian immigration people are like sheep, starting with a smile and being courteous.
dude: "where are you coming from? and what where you doing"
me: "new jersey visiting family"
dude: "how long?"
me: " a couple of days"
dude: "have a nice day"
and I went on my way, didn't even ask for papers  |
I have an iranian friend that is a canadian citizen and its the same for him everytime. I understand them being rude if you're being rude, but if you're fully cooperating and have all your papers, what's the point? I guess it makes them feel good to go on a power trip. And i agree with the canadian immigration remark, its always such a relief to go through canadian immigration after all the hell of the US immigration when im coming back from visiting the DR.
Edit: I wish they would build a bridge over the US so that i wouldnt have to go through it.
Also notice im not talking about the people, im talking about immigration.
