I enjoy trance much better off a good , BALANCED, clean, crisp, sound system, off a Audio CD.

With a sound like that^ it's no problem at all to go very loud, and you get less listening fatigue like headaches etc.

Obviously the two aren't gonna beatmatch, but I believe the heart will speed up or slow down depending on the tempo of the beat.

EDIT: Just to clarify, I got this information from a science teacher.
