At most one per day, and only with a meal.

I have cut both regular and diet soda out of my diet for a few years, save for when I feel like indulging. Can't say I miss them.

I probably drink the most soda out of all of you, and I've only gotten 1 cavity about 10 years ago.

I also have had barely any cavities in all these years that I drank soda. Once I get past the one month stage, I think I'll only drink soda once in awhile, with meals, etc.
I love drinking water, but I can't drink alot during the day because of my job, but on the weekends I make up for it.

Yeah, I agree with that. I used to drink pretty much nothing but soda and I've never had a cavity.
