Can I switch to telus if I have a rogers phone?

I'm with rogers and pay ~ $35 for pay/go...I hear telus has better deals for GSM pay go phones than Rogers....

Yes, you can, except you'll have to get a new phone. Telus does not operate on GSM network, so they have no GSM phones.
