Theres little difference between what Orbit did and what Tiesto did, except Orbit credited Barber in the title. Tiesto didn't remix the Orbit tune, so why should it be William Orbit - xxx (Tiesto Remix)? |
Further... Orbit was creating an entire CD in the same concept... thus credited each author per track, imo, for ease of reference, rather than copyright or appeasing people for originalities sake.
If you completely remove Tiesto's rehash of Tomas ALbinoni from memory, at least he did this only once.
