Well i had an ok time this time around. I wasnt tired like i always was at these events, which was a good thing. but the first two opening djs sucked balls imo, im frankly quite tired of the blipity blopity house everyone seems to be playing, so up until randall showed up i wasnt feeling it. then randall came on, and gave me that proggy goodness that he does, plus just a dash of tech and electro. sadly i only caught a bit of dannys set cuz of work and that long ass drive i do. overall it was my first time to bar rio, i liked it, one of the better sound systems ive heard in houston, except for a couple of spots where the echos clashed. no one does like danny, no one.

Sorry to hear about your experience with the first two dj's; I wasn't there to experience that. I was there for Randall Jones though and he tore it up, as always.
On a more serious note, Danny is Global Underground, my friend, and Global Underground is one of the "founding fathers", if you will, of most record labels out there. I think there are quite a few TA's here that would rather condone no one liking Howells. Kinda like his girlfriend Anoek told me last night, Howells would probably be best thought of as an "after hours" dj, not anything mainstream.
