what im trying to say is that for some, its not.
soy can kill someone with very little contamination potentially. soy is good for you, but not a large basis. i think most 'milks' are potentially dangerous in large amounts.
that being said, cheeses are the bomb, especially the delicious ones, i cant eat the over processed cheeses so popular here anymore|
