btw, i don't remember if i clarified in this thread yet, but this wasn't mixed live. i did it in Mixmeister and edited a bunch of the tracks so that they'd blend better with each other. i've found a ton of great music in the last few weeks and after spinning an 8-hour set with RJT and Omega_Blue last night, i've been totally reinvigorated about spinning (i was in a major slump for a while), so the next mix that i post on here will be mixed live. i've been putting it off for too long but i feel that i'm at the point where i can put something together that i'd be pretty proud of... just gotta wait to move into the new flat in 2 weeks and then i'll be ready to get started on that!

ok, enough rambling from me. i need sleep.

Yeah man very nice and smooth. Perfect summer tunes indeed.

Levels are good, transitions are smooth, mixes are harmonic, and the mix as whole is cohesive. One of the better mixes Ihave heard technically in a long time.

I'd love to hear your next live project as well, looking forward to that.

i listened to his August mix a few weeks ago but couldn't really get into it. he plays a lot of tracks that i enjoy, but sometimes the mixing and flow of his sets leaves a lot to be desired. some of the stuff he plays is also a little too commercial/cheesy sounding at times... which is great as long as i'm in the mood for it.

the September one looks like it might be good. i haven't listened to that one yet but i'll check it out.
