oh yea and some TA dude had this as his avatar for a while, and i still think it's one of the finest asses i've seen. not too muscular, not too flabby...just perfect.

shouldnt be compared IMO. i just posted scarlette's ass cuz we was talkin about curves.

that chic you posted is a perfect example of a skinny chic with a nice ass.

45 minutes of cardio? What does this involve?

Cycling, Running, Rowing, Air-Walker(hahaha)?

I normally do about 40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week. Running for about 25 minutes and Rowing for about 15.

Works great

only in the COR where random threads turn out to be 50+ posts, maybe reaching 100, depending on how Sly feels.

any statisticians in the house? can you give us a % rate of a thread's lifetime if a female does not post in the thread compared to if a female does post in it?

my opinion about Jessica Alba .. she's aight to me. She looked pretty hot during the GSW-DAL and GSW-UTAH matches a couples of weeks ago. Also, she looked pretty hot in those first couple of episodes of "Entourage : Season 1".

Well I have never been a fan of any cardio. I’m more into weight lifting. I would only do like 15 min cardio warm-ups before lifting in the past. But I haven’t been on a good gym/health kick in over a year, so I rejoined my gym this week and I’m starting on Monday, but this time, I’m forcing myself to do the cardio because I need it. I want to tighten things up and just have a more healthy heart. I’ve been a smoker in the past (I can't stand cigs now though) and I eat practically whatever I want because I have high metabolism, but that doesn’t mean I’m healthy.

I’ll be doing the elliptical machines because I have 2 bulging discs in my low back that give me a lot of pain in my hips and legs, so jogging/running (even with fancy sneakers) won’t be good for me. It’s too hot and humid down here for outdoor running anyway, I would probably have a heat stroke.

Sorry for the hijack guys, although I DID contribute with hot chick ass pictures so whatever.

I can't even imagine running outside in South Florida in the summer. In college I went every year in June with my friends and one guy always wanted me to bring my golf clubs so we could go play golf. Yeah right dude, motherfuck standing outside for 3 hours in 95 degree heat with 95% humidity, I think I'll stick to sitting in a chair at the beach drinking gin and tonics. Playing golf in that weather would suck, You'd have to be a nutcase to want to go run.

yea no shit. unless you get up at like 6 am to do it or go really late at night, then you're crazy. and if you go running at 6 am or 11 pm, you're still just as crazy to me

i get my 2nd wind when i get off work, like most people. i like working out in the 6-8 pm bracket.

Damn.

It takes me two hours to actually start working out, from the time I first decide I'm going to do it, lol. I try to get it done before noon...but that rarely happens. I always get it done though!

Ughh..never could do that. My dad is a morning workout person and used to always try to drag me to the gym with him at like 6:30.

I know that working out is supposed to give you energy, but it just doesn’t work that way for me. If I work out that early, I will be dragging ass all day and probably crash as soon as I get home from work at like 5:30. No thanks.
