It's not really much of a comedown with LSD, I just tend to be able to start doing things normally again, without having to think them over for 20 minutes or laugh a lot. If I'm busy with something (music, people, lovemaking, whatever) trips can go buy very quickly. But around the time when the visual start to calm down a lot, I tend to go into a very comtemplative state of mind and I want to be outside just watching the sky and thinking about things until I wanna go to sleep or whatever.

If I'm somewhere social I tend to just lay around watching people do things to, it usually ends up pretty entertaining, how people interact, and seeing it from a different angle... I find psychedelics put a lot more weight on facial and body language than you normally recognize.

I didn't mind the acid comedowns, they were not bad like crashing offa meth or coke. The only issue is that if you need to sleep for some reason and you don't have any benzos it can be a real bitch. If I dose say on Friday night at 10 I'm pretty much fully down by Saturday morning at 7 or 8, but without benzos or something to knock me out I'm not getting to sleep until probably Saturday night. I would usually just start doing coke or something all day and stay up.

LSD is popular in my town but i don't think about using it...I don't know maybe the reason is that there are many others drugs which are not as dangerous as this one...I know people who take it really often and trust me they're not as normal as before.

I've done LSD more times then I can recall. I've had a lot of great trips, no real bad ones. Like people have said earlier, there's really no comedown or hang-over effects. Your trip will entirely depend on you state of mind and environment. It can be great, it can be shit. My advise - do it in a place that is comfortable for you and only with people that you trust.

btw, shrooms > acid, imo.

Oh, and am I the only one that hates the 8 hours after the peak has faded... where you're just lying on the couch rolled up in a blanket watching some shitty movie thinking "damn it, wear off already, I wanna sleep!"
