While I do sympathize with their situations, I view actions like these as acts of terrorism. If I were to set up a blockade with my friends on the 401 block rail traffic here in London, and make statements to the press that my group had access to firepower, how long do you think we would last? They sure as hell wouldn't let us go 11 hours blocking the trade routes of the country.

The real victims here are the natives who are using legitimate processes to further their causes through the proper channels. Their causes have been set back decades by a group of 'extremists'.

This is the second attempt to stop the economy of ontario (April they shut down the CP rail lines). I am worried that if this is allowed to continue, it will set a dangerous precedent - as well as encouraging other native bands who may act out.

This type of behaviour needs to be dealt with the same regardless of whom it is instigating such acts of terrorism. The OPP and the Liberal government - this is your wake up call.
