Word Sugarbean i just couldn't agree with you more.
I'll tell you a little bit about myself.
I was very shy but I never knew how to overcome it until I took E (I'm not saying that it's good to take drugs but I'm just saying that the pill just opened things up to me.) I started thinking of my life and what I was doing in it, and I made some changes that were all for the better, for example I reduced my marijuana smoking from 3-4 times a week to once a month or less, started listening much more to trance which makes me feel really good, And yeah to the point of overcoming shyness I think that you just have to do things that you really like and wanna do.
I have really thought about it why E made me realise this and I think I have the answer, Most of you know that E makes your brain release a lot of serotonin (which your brain releases also when your feeling happy) and E takes all the shyness away so I think that
if you try to do what you really wanna do in your life you'll feel happy about what your doing and the shyness will reduce
At least my shyness has reduced and my self esteem is of course higher
Cheers
