He posted another equally long bulletin on his dtourism site not too long ago about pretty much the same thing. But I think he was more upset at people recording video of him. What it boils down to is his horrible self image, he really is insecure and he doesn't like unauthorized pictures/videos of himself on the net.
To be fair, if I looked like that...I would probably do the same thing.
