question: I have tix for this ... can I go in thru the guv or drink first and then go to the Kool Haus or do I have to go thru Kool Haus first and then buy a wristband to go to guv / drink?

You definitely have to enter through KoolHaus. Nothing has been announced officially about what the policy will be like.
