I'm taking the Grande Ecole Programme of the ESCP-EAP (3rd business school in Europe). In Europe you have to get a master (actually I'm having 3 masters: MiM in France, Msc in London, Diplom Kaufmann in Berlin) for the first job and then (like 6 or more years) you can try a MBA.

No, normally it's 5 years for 1 master after the highschool. But the French education rocks: 2 years of highly selective undergraduate studies where we are prepared for highly selective competitive entrance exams to our business schools which last 3 years. And at my school you can do "the European track": one year in Paris with a master in management, then one year in London for a Master of Science, and one year in Berlin for the Diplom Kaufmann. 5 years after highschool, 3 masters. The win!
