I've heard Burridge maybe 4-5 times over the years at varying venues and everytime he has killed it. The last gig I caught of his was the night he played with Tenalgia at Webster Hall. haha, I wouldn't describe what he played that night as moody per say...more like twisted ass tech house, with some real crazy banging stuff towards the end.
