The sequel to NOLF is my favorite FPS of all time. Better than Half Life, Duke Nukem, Doom or anything that came before or after it (NOLF1 is a very close second ). I just love both these games so much i play trough them at least once a year and i still enjoy them as much as the first time i played them. I really wish that monolith would make another NOLF game instead of making new F.E.A.R. sequels...
Also if anyone remembers the game deluxe ski jump. That was also an awesome game, at one point im quite sure that there wasn't a computer at any school or any company that wasn't running this game. I got told off by a teacher so many times for playing that during class...mostly because he coudnt jump nearls as far as me

How about Dues Ex, it was not played by many people and it is my all time favorite.
Also Contract Jack, it was fun to play.

Are you saying that one of the most revolutionary and critically acclaimed games of all time, spanning all platforms and still to this day after 8 (?) years considered one of, if not the best games of all time is unknown? And then you spell it wrong too?

yeah, phantasy star on the megadrive was wicked. "shining in the darkness" was a "3d" dungeon scrolling RPG which was awesome as well, i loved the storyline.
Shining in the Darkness was amazing. Those developers went on to make the Shining Force games which were also awesome.

wow im late to this thread and didnt realize i repeated something that was said like 3 times.
I used to play a Game Boy Final Fantasy game where the last boss was none other than the almighty God, lol.

for the adventure game fans, have you seen that sam and max are back on the road in capable hands? it is being released in episodes, some better than others, but the overall is as loveable as they were in the first LucasArt game.

Aquanaut's Holiday
Aquanaut's Holiday is an early PlayStation game by Artdink, in which the player assumes the role of an overworked marine explorer who returns to the water for pleasure after having brought harmony to the world's oceans. Gameplay is in the first person and consists primarily of the player exploring vast stretches of ocean, occasionally discovering underwater ruins or treasure, or fish which can be 'spoken' with. By building up a large reef, the player can attract a wide variety of fish. The game is complete when the player's 'fish meter' is full.
Skullmonkeys is the video game sequel to The Neverhood, created by animator Doug TenNapel. Rather than being a PC adventure game like its predecessor, it is a platform game for the Sony PlayStation. The setting of it came from a place described in The Neverhood Hall of Records in the Neverhood by one of the other god-like beings (like Hoborg) created by Quater. The game's popularity, like The Neverhood, has long outlasted its availability in computer stores. As of 2007, the Internet is still full of very active 'fan websites' devoted to both games, and the soundtrack CD by Terry Scott Taylor, Imaginarium: Songs from the Neverhood, continues to sell well.

I remember seeing a video for this game waaaaaaay back when I first got PSone in...1996? Fuck am I getting old. Needless to say, I had no idea what the point of the game was and I never got around to checking it out.

There really is no point. It's relaxing to play though.
I remember it had this REALLY sweet audio track when you played it as an audio cd. Wish I still had it, it was a really awesome tune.
mm, someone remember a game called Evo or Evolution?

A Dreamcast RPG, am I correct? Played it for no more than 30 seconds at a Funcoland back in the day, so I can't judge it's quality or anything. The DC was short on RPG's, so this game was noteworthy just for being one of the few.
