Wow, Toronto is really getting messed up. Youth these days are getting out of hand, because parents aren't even raising them. Parents are too busy about their "careers" or money and daycares, schools, and peers end up raising their kids these days.

Cool, I have no issue with it. Hell London in the Uk has a million apparently.
