As well as making me hyperactive and cranky it ruined my sleep patterns, which in turn, put me off eating, back to the doctor who at least (bless him!) just gave me a list of places I could go shopping that had unprocessed food not loaded with sugar.
Of which gets named all manner of cunning labels like 'Fructose' (corn based sugars)
Between the two of us here I'll usually buy about $180-220AU a week of food, most of it fresh groceries, about 60% of it vegetable based, roughly 30-40% meat and dairy. |
