while straight up tribal is not as prominent as it has been in the past, it certainly isn't dead. The DJ's mentioned above may not play solely tribal house anymore but guaranteed it is a big influence in what they do play.

i wouldn't say that he played "pure tribal" songs but you could definitely feel the influence there. personally i like hearing live percussion in house tracks (bongos, whatever), it adds a little spice to the techy stuff.
