Wrong. All of our papers have to be submitted to Turnitin and have to be within a certain range of cited material. You'd have to be either really fucking stupid, or have King Kong balls to try and copy someone else's shit and pass it off as your own.

Thing is, cheating is so commonplace in the world. Businesses cheat anywhere they can (and often get caught doing so), the government cheats all the fucking time, etc etc. I know it doesn't exactly make it right, but isn't our sense of right/wrong dictated by how society behaves anyway?

But most importantly, I don't like the idea that my work is being held by a company I didn't want to hold it.

Spineless? All of what you know about how to behave in society you learn from observing the behaviour in that society. It's just as spineless as learning to say, "thank you".

Edit: better example is: we all know lying is wrong, yet no one tries to live up to the ideal of absolutely never lying because we've all learned that society accepts white lies.

based on your cheating on loved ones theory.

You would first mutually agree to see other peoples answers and then talk about it with him after the exam.

LOL

So? To me that's like saying "Well Bill jumped off a bridge, so I'm going to as well." Can people not think for themselves? (Rhetorical question, it's obvious that the majority cannot). I think your example sounds like a copout.

d) The other time, the exam tests your thinking ability and not stuff you can put down on paper. I remember one time bringing in a full typed page of cheat notes for an exam, and never having to use it because all the stuff i put on it I didn't need/already knew.

lol this is EXACTLY what I was refering to when it comes to cheating in Computer Science

Well they do say that most of the thoughts that people have are just re-worded versions of other people's thoughts.

(Ironically enough, this is someone else's quote that I re-worded cause I can't remember exactly how it goes)
