That's prob why there's a six month time range for completion before the renovation even started. These projects are usually full of contracts with labor hours expected and at least one set deadline. It's necessary to get an exact budget....then they re-adjust after that if things come up and figure out how to handle it and who pays for anything that goes past the deadline.
Have a feeling that the renovation budget isn't all coming out at once and as they get budget each Q1 they will move forward with the renovation....so there could be delays between one milestone and the start of the next if they run out of money for the quarter.
Just a theory...I have no clue. Just know how some project go in different industries with the budgets.
