the temp required to sustain the reaction means nothing can stand the heat so the plasma created needs to be held in place with magnets,assuming the reaction is sustainable (not yet) and actually produces power (not meaningfully yet) even then you still need a method to extract the heat suppose you could gas cool it but without knowing the specifics the mental neutron fluxes would likely activate it all (large volume of cooling gas to extract heat to heat exchangers activated = not so clean lol)
it's not something I know a ton about tho, just seems they are still trying to use 50 year old theory
