Toika was a blast, I got there ~10 and caught the last 30mins of Wahi's (from Chicago) set. The place is small but very chic and has a good layout with the dancefloor and dj booth, conveniently next to the bar too. The sound system was impressive for a place of that size. Maher Daniel had a rocking 2 hr set, I love the way the Montrealers work hip-shaking basslines. At this point the place was super busy. Luke Fair started at 12:30 and the place went even more nuts with an "everyone on the dancefloor" vibe. I left shortly after 2 (hours after leaving the boat the floor was still occasionally swaying beneath my feet!) but I believe they were going til 3.

Beautiful, intimate space to see some great talent. Kudos to all involved.
