I do, it kicks ass.

More or less, all of the things I found annoying or ugly in the old version have been improved.

1. Effects are finally much more usable now that they are separated from the decks. The chained mode is very nice, and the new effects sound great.
2. Filters per deck are really nice. I dig their dual filter: Turn left for low pass, right for high pass. You can also enable Xone type filters too.
3. The GUI finally looks nice, with smooth scaling fonts. They ditched the unnecessary details panes at the top. I always hated how functions were duplicated in places.
4. Looping/beatjumping are much easier to use. Predefined loop lengths are much nicer to click then selecting the loop length from a list.
5. Browser is much nicer, cover art thing could be big for some people. The browser now properly shows iTunes tracks, before if you didn't add iTunes playlists to your collection when you loaded tracks onto decks and such the browser wouldn't update the icons correctly.
6. Annoying GUI glitches and things like that have been fixed (like timecode CD's coming up as "wrong input mode").
7. MIDI implementation is even more powerful, gone are pages which have been replaced by more extensible "modifiers".
8. Enabling keylock the first time doesn't cause a dropout (at least it used to for me).
9. Cue point interface/beatgrid setup make much more sense.

sounds pretty nice. can you comment on the accuracy of the auto beat grids? will you get perfect loops with them or do you have to adjust the beat grids to get the loops perfect?

I've been using the auto beat grids for loops for quite some time (even in Traktor 3). They tend to be quite accurate.

I don't usually manually set them, it's a real pain.

Quick question for you guys who sold serato for traktor scratch pro...
Which one of the two should I buy? I have an old mixer, so i wouldn't be able to use the effects that well (its an all anologue mixer)

Still worth getting over serato?

Yes.

Effects in Traktor have nothing to do with your mixer.

At this point it's the better product IMO.
