and add to that the potential monopoly, which telstra wants to eliminate other companies dslams
and added cost of this new network

basically we'll be paying more for a slower internet service since they'll just cap it, and add even more download limits.

why the fuck dont they just put everyone onto the adsl2+ dslams (telstra had them in their exchanges for YEARS, literally before they enabled them and even then initially only enabled them when a competitor was in the exchange - why didn't they get punished for this??? EVERYONE could have had access to upto* 24mbit internet for YEARS yet they chose to not let us) and uncap it. there's half the broadband issue solved, but no, that doesn't work in australia.... need to be third world and rip us off.

pretty sure she was one of the people running the group. EDIT - yes, she was the creator of the group.

But no, by all means if you want to be part of the group that is being hijacked by nutcases who are more interested in conspiracy theories and think that the filter is to stop us finding out about chemtrails, by all means go ahead, I'm not going to stop you.
