like everyone else i think you have a lot to think about first, you could start by traveling to where you want to live and studying there for a semester. visiting and living somewhere are two completely different things so basing your opinion on a cool week long vacation is dumb. also, you can't just up and move to another country just cause. like others suggested move to another city in north america.
