3rd year of a finance degree. But I'm already doing masters level work. GPA is somewhere between 3.1 - 3.5.

I'm currently 3 years into an undgergrad degree in Computational Media at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I've got a 2.98, have yet to intern anywhere (although this is probably due to a lack of effort), and I'm having trouble even forseeing what I'll be doing with this major.
Over the summer and the next couple years while I finish up my degree I plan on finally solidifying my portfolio. I basically need to be fluent in a variety of different CS languages, improve my abilities with different Adobe software, Flash, etc.
As for graduate school I have no idea.

Why has no one realized his greatness yet?
I finished high school with a 3.7 GPA and went on to college and got a bachelor's degree in business w/IT programming. Basically project and database management with a bit of visual basic thrown in. Took me 5 years because I switched majors (computer science to graphic design to architecture to business lol) a few times and none of the prerequisite classes lined up :/
Thinking of going back and getting a degree in sound engineering or studio engineering, something like that. Don't want to spend the money though

Damn, and knowing what school you're attending, that's quite an accomplishment. I actually know several people in your class.

Not to criticize, but that's a good deal to explain whenever you apply for a job that requires transcripts.

you may be able to find certificate programs in that field that require less time and are more affordable.

Yeah that's true, don't really need a degree or any kind of certification really. I just want to know stuff

Thats cool man. All that matters in the end is u have that silly piece of paper. I'm also considering getting into sound engineering myself. I would have a blast doing it.

Believe me, I know. I'm just going to finish up my business major and call it a day. Then maybe go back to school when I figure out what I really want to do.
