5'8, want to be at about 170. 190 right now (was at 183 around January, but I ate way too much crap during the winter, too many vacations), down from 235 a couple years ago. I don't really look 190, my legs are all muscle pretty much, so 170 would be right in the butter zone. 
Pretty much walk everywhere in Seattle, don't eat nearly as much since I am not living at home and have cut out soda pretty much all the time. Still eat way too much white bread though.
