i usually get up 1.5 to 2 hours before i have to be at work. its mainly so i can relax and gradually wake up. i hate rushing in the morning. and i hate being late.

so i wake up, make some coffee, eat some oatmeal, feed the dog, fart around on the internet, shower, maybe jerk off, fart around some more on the internet, put on the uniform, and head off to work.

i wake up at 7.15am and im out the house by 7.45am my routine is:

wake up... go downstairs, get a pint of water.. dissolve a berocca [dissolable multi vitamin] into it.. go for an attempted poo or a most definate weewee while the berocca is desolving.. finish up, drink the vitiminny liquid down in one.. jump in the shower.. wash my hair with soap.. the foam that has been created by washing my hair with the soap, i wash my dick with.. if i get too excited by that i have a wank, wash the rest of myself.. brush my teeth in the shower.. then get out, dry off, and then go put some clothes on. once dressed, go for possible poo attempt #2 [:S] then moisturise, slap some old spice on, do my hair... go downstiars and hope my missus has made the sandwiches, then off to work. 30 minutes

i don't brush my teeth in the shower; but i definitely shave in it.

15 mins for work, that includes breakfast. i fuckin fly in the mornings. but then again i work construction so all i have to do is dress and brush my teeth. i couldnt give a fuck what i look like.

well i dont like to rinse my mouth out with cold water.. it makes my mouth and teeth feel gritty and crap.. so just recently about a year ago.. i decided to infuse the 2 pre-work activities by brushing my teeth in the shower. its got to the point now where if i forget to brush my teeth in the shower and switch the shower off.. i will remember as soon as im about to get out, then turn the shower back on, then wait for the obligatory cold water to flush through it again for about 10-15 seconds, then brush my teeth when its warmed up again
